Your car's driver-assistance features rely on sensors that are physically aimed at the road: a camera behind the windshield, radar in the grille or bumper, and modules in the rear quarter panels. Those aim points are calculated from your vehicle's thrust line and ride height.
When we perform an alignment, replace suspension components, adjust ride height, or when a glass company replaces your windshield, the sensor's relationship to the road changes — even when nothing looks different. A camera that is off by a single degree can place a pedestrian a full lane away from where they actually are.
The same is true for programming. Replacing a control module, battery or steering component often requires coding the new part to your VIN and reloading OEM software so the vehicle recognizes it. Skipping that step leaves warning lights, disabled features or systems that appear to work but no longer intervene when they should.
